With a new project in the value chain of the Water Cycle, THALIS improves the quality of life for the residents of Naousa and creates the conditions for the substantial improvement of the water quality used for the city's water supply.
The contract concerns the construction of the Primary Water Treatment Unit. Two parallel lines (main and backup), each with a capacity of 500 m3/h, will be constructed.
The Primary Water Treatment Unit of Naousa is developed in collaboration with the companies "K/Ξ POLYZOIS NIKOS S.A." and "BEN NAOUSA," it is owned by the Naousa Municipal Water and Sewerage Company, and is funded by the Antonis Tritsis program.
With the completion of the project, a long-standing issue faced by the city's residents will be definitively resolved, which is the cloudiness of the water during periods of heavy rainfall.
At THALIS, we actively participate in transforming the water cycle management model with the aim of optimizing the use of the resource for the benefit of citizens.
