On 02/17/2022, Thalis Environmental Services S.A. made a request for a regular classification review in the Construction Degree, with the aim of classifying it in the 6th grade. With the no. 148111-16/05/2022 decision of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and after the opinion of the committee from 28/04/2022 (recommendation no. 79) it was decided to classify the company in the 6th class in the MEEP.
