Thalis participates as a platinum sponsor in the 10th International Conference on Sustainable Solid Waste Management which takes place in Chania from Wednesday June 21 to Friday June 23, by the National Technical University of Athens with the support of the Region of Crete, the Municipality of Chania, DEDISA and with the contribution of the Waste-to-Energy Research and Technology Council, that is a co-organiser of this conference.

The Conference focuses on the issues of sustainable waste management with particular emphasis on bioprocesses, biore­neries in waste management, circular economy and bioeconomy and of course WASTE to ENERGY with the contribution of the Waste-to-Energy Research and Technology Council, so as to propose and to highlight possibilities and opportunities for enhancing resource savings.
