The project includes the following tasks:

• Replacement of pre-processing gratings.
• Supply and installation of a fine sieving unit inside the metallic building.
• Supply and installation of sand and gravel system.
• Optimization of the grease removal system from the degreasing unit.
• Supply and installation of new deodorizing units.
• Supply and installation of special covers (GPR) to prevent odor emissions in various parts of the installation
• Rotating GRP covers for primary sedimentation tanks.
•  Supply and installation of air curtains and fans in places of odor release.
• Upgrading of sewage receiving station.
• Supply and installation of two biogas cogenerators inside an existing building, which is modified accordingly.
• Supply and installation of desulphurisation unit.
• Supply and installation of a gas system.
• Supply and installation of a centrifuge assembly in place of a dehydration press.
• Supply and installation of soft starters (softstarters) in the existing surface aerators of the biological level.
• Replacement of signal and power wiring.
• Complete interconnection (automation, electrical, operational, etc.) of the new equipment with the existing project.
• Testing of new equipment.
• Delivery of drawings, operation manuals and maintenance of all equipment.
• Training of DEYAH staff.
• 3-year responsibility for operation and maintenance of the biogas line downstream of the digesters.
