The object of the project is the supply and installation of equipment for the reduction of leaks in the networks of the settlements of the Municipality of Delta, with the installation and commissioning of a remote control system and leak detection of the water supply network of Municipality of Delta, as well as a wireless system sensors for recording and sending consumption data and a system for gathering information, supervisory control, automation, management and intervention in the operation of the drilling and reservoir facilities.
The aim of the project is the continuous monitoring and supervision of important operating parameters of the water supply system (supply, pressure, etc.), the collection and storage of the relevant historical data of the elements of the water supply system.
The proposed system aims to the creation of a system of gathering information, supervisory control, automation, management and intervention in the operation of the facilities consisting of a Central Control System (CCS) from which water resources will be managed comprehensively, through electronic mapping of the transport network/ water distribution system, interconnected, via wireless communication devices with:
- 19 Local Control Stations (LCS) for the control of wells - reservoirs, which will be connected to the Central Control Station
- 3 systems for detecting invisible leaks in water supply networks of settlements
- The Central Control Station (CCS)

- Specialized Equipment to detect leaks:
- Portable Leak Locator
- Digital correlator
- Pipe and cover detector
- Devices for acoustic recording of leaks with a communication device
- Detector pulley (network - leakages)
- Portable flow meter – ultrasonic
